Tales of Leadership

I am a father, servant leader, and combat veteran with over 16 years of leadership experience and service to this great nation as an Army Officer. I am a recipient of the 2008 George C. Marshall Leadership Award and the 2018 General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. I am a certified Army Leadership and International Coaching Federation (ICF) leadership coach. I currently serve as an Assistant Product Manager (APM) in Army Acquisitions, and I love my job! I am intensely focused on excelling as a servant leader in the Army and helping foster a coaching culture. My passion in life is to help leaders avoid drifting and find fulfillment so they can lead well, which led me to create the Tales of Leadership Podcast and Blog.
